I will not support major spending proposals without asking what they cost now, what they cost to maintain, how they are funded, and what measurable public benefit they are expected to produce.

- Create a plain-language annual household view of major City taxes, assessments, fees, and utility charges.
- Review recurring costs before approving one-time capital purchases.
- Track major project budget changes and change orders.
- Prioritize reserves and lifecycle maintenance to reduce expensive surprises.
